Reverse Engineering a Thriving Urban Forest

"Success Leaves Clues"

For the past couple of days, I've been thinking that it might be useful to use the metaphor of "reverse engineering" to discover what is behind the successes of thriving urban forests.

Successful thriving urban forests have a history. They might have been under threat at some point in their history, but somehow segued to becoming successful. If we can see the path to success for another forest, maybe we can learn and apply the learning to the Hunt Club Forest.

Maybe we could pick the brains of reverse engineering specialists to figure out how to do this.

Would this help? https://seths.blog/2018/02/the-rigor-imperative/
